WHAT TO KNOW
Tanzania has a tropical climate, with temperatures during the day reaching the mid- to high-80s. It is cooler in mornings and evenings during game drives.
This trip is available year round, though the best time to go is between July and October, during the annual migration of millions of wildebeest, zebra, and gazelle.
The Serengeti National Park in Tanzania is a safe and secure destination; however, it is important to remain healthy. Consult your doctor before traveling.
Visas are required for Tanzania, which can be obtained in advance. You can get them upon arrival; however, the wait can be long.

HOW TO GET THERE
There are international direct flights to Kilimanjaro International Airport from Amsterdam, Nairobi, Kigali and Addis Ababa. You will be transferred to Arusha airstrip, where you will take a charter flight to the Serengeti depending on the final destination. From the airstrip, you will be transfered by private game vehicle to your lodge.
